ColorBrain is designed with your privacy in mind. We do not collect, store, or share any personal information. The App does not require account creation, login, or any form of user registration. The App works entirely offline and does not make any network requests.

We do not collect any of the following:

• Names, email addresses, or contact information
• Location data
• Device identifiers or advertising IDs
• Browsing or search history
• Contacts, photos, or other personal files
• Health, fitness, or financial data
• Usage analytics or behavioral tracking data

The App stores a small amount of data locally on your device to provide its core functionality:

• Game statistics — your scores, streaks, accuracy, and session history are saved on your device to track your cognitive training progress.
• App preferences — settings such as notification preferences and difficulty level.
• Subscription status — a cached indicator of your subscription state for faster app launch.

All of this data is stored exclusively on your device and is not transmitted to us or any third party. You can delete all stored data at any time by uninstalling the App.

ColorBrain operates entirely offline. The App does not connect to any servers, APIs, or external services during normal use. No data ever leaves your device.

Apple (App Store & StoreKit)

If you purchase a subscription, the transaction is processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not have access to your payment information, Apple ID, or billing details. Apple's handling of your data is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy (apple.com/legal/privacy).

No Other Third-Party Services

The App does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, crash reporting, or social media SDKs. We do not use Firebase, Google Analytics, Facebook SDK, or any similar services.

The App may request permission to send you local notifications (daily training reminders). These notifications are scheduled entirely on your device and do not involve any external push notification services. You can manage or disable notifications at any time through your device's Settings.

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children. Since the App does not collect personal information from any user, no special provisions are necessary.

We do not sell, trade, rent, or otherwise share any user data with third parties.

Since the App operates entirely offline and does not collect or transmit any data to external servers, there is no risk of data breach affecting your personal information.

Since we do not collect personal data, there is typically no personal data for us to provide, modify, or delete. All App data is stored locally on your device and can be removed by uninstalling the App. If you have any questions about your data, please contact us.
