All content, designs, trademarks, and code within NikiBStudio applications and website are the property of NikiBStudio. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

If our apps allow you to create or upload content, you retain ownership of that content. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for providing the service.

Some features may require in-app purchases or subscriptions. Payments are processed through the Apple App Store. Refund requests should be directed to Apple. We recommend reviewing subscription terms before purchase.

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NikiBStudio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use our services.
