Privacy Policy

LDream is designed with your privacy in mind. We do not collect, store, or share any personal information. The App does not require account creation, login, or any form of user registration.

We do not collect any of the following:

• Names, email addresses, or contact information
• Location data
• Device identifiers or advertising IDs
• Browsing or search history
• Contacts, photos, or other personal files
• Health, fitness, or financial data
• Usage analytics or behavioral tracking data

The App stores data locally on your device to provide its core functionality:

• Dream journal entries — your dreams and their AI-generated interpretations are saved on your device using Core Data.
• Dream images — AI-generated visualizations of your dreams are stored locally on your device.
• App preferences — settings such as notification preferences and iCloud sync preferences.
• Subscription status — a cached indicator of your subscription state for faster app launch.

All of this data is stored exclusively on your device (and optionally in your personal iCloud account if you enable sync) and is not transmitted to us or any third party. You can delete all stored data at any time by uninstalling the App.

When you request an AI-powered dream interpretation or dream image, the App sends the following information to third-party AI service providers through our server:

• The text of your dream entry
• Your device's language setting (to provide the interpretation in your language)

The data is processed as follows:

• Dream interpretation — your dream text and language setting are sent to DeepSeek (DeepSeek, China) via their API to generate an AI-powered interpretation of your dream.
• Dream image generation — a summary of your dream is sent to fal.ai (fal.ai, Inc.) via their API to generate a visual representation of your dream.

This data is processed in real time and is not stored on our servers. Data is transmitted only after you explicitly request an interpretation or image. No personal identifiers, device information, or user accounts are associated with these requests. Each request is fully anonymous.

If you enable iCloud sync, your dream data is stored in your personal iCloud account using Apple's CloudKit. This data is protected by your Apple ID and is not accessible to us. Apple's handling of your iCloud data is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy (www.apple.com/legal/privacy).

Apple (App Store & StoreKit)

If you purchase a subscription, the transaction is processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not have access to your payment information, Apple ID, or billing details. Apple's handling of your data is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy (www.apple.com/legal/privacy).

DeepSeek (AI Dream Interpretation)

When you request a dream interpretation, the text of your dream and your device's language setting are sent to DeepSeek via their API. DeepSeek processes this data to generate the interpretation. DeepSeek's handling of data is governed by their Privacy Policy (www.deepseek.com/privacy).

fal.ai (AI Image Generation)

When you request a dream image, a summary of your dream is sent to fal.ai via their API. fal.ai processes this data to generate the image. fal.ai's handling of data is governed by their Privacy Policy (fal.ai/privacy).

No Other Third-Party Services

The App does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, crash reporting, or social media SDKs. We do not use Firebase, Google Analytics, Facebook SDK, or any similar services.

The App may request permission to save dream images to your photo library. This is entirely user-initiated and the App only uses write access to save images you choose to export. The App does not read or access your existing photos.

The App may request permission to send you local notifications (dream recording reminders and streak reminders). These notifications are scheduled entirely on your device and do not involve any external push notification services. You can manage or disable notifications at any time through your device's Settings.

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children. Since the App does not collect personal information from any user, no special provisions are necessary.

We share the following data with third-party service providers solely for the purpose of providing the App's AI features:

• DeepSeek — receives the text of your dream entry and your device's language setting to generate dream interpretations.
• fal.ai — receives a summary of your dream to generate dream images.

This data is transmitted only when you explicitly request an AI interpretation or image. We do not sell, trade, rent, or otherwise share any user data with third parties for marketing, advertising, or any other purposes.

All communication between the App and our server, as well as between our server and third-party AI providers (DeepSeek and fal.ai), is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS. Since we do not collect or store personal data on our servers, there is minimal risk of data breach affecting your personal information. Dream journal entries are stored only on your device (and optionally in your personal iCloud account).

You have the following rights regarding your data:

• You can choose not to use AI interpretation and image generation features, in which case no data is sent to third-party providers.
• All App data is stored locally on your device (and optionally in your personal iCloud) and can be removed by uninstalling the App.
• Since we do not collect or store personal data on our servers, there is no personal data for us to provide, modify, or delete.
